DELIVERY SERVICE

Prop Hire & Co. provides a delivery service for all of our products. We service all Sydney Suburbs.
We have a minimum product order of $200 (excluding delivery fees).

Delivery and pick up is generally between Monday to Saturday unless otherwise specified. We do require a 4 hour time window to be able to fit in with our other deliveries we may have on the same day, a more specific time window will be provided to you the week of delivery.

Please note apart from our standard delivery fee, additional costs may apply to the following :

– Specific delivery and collection times
– Before or After hours delivery
– If you require the equipment to be taken up stairs or elevators
– Sundays & some Public Holidays

This fee in on top of the original cost of delivery and pick up not inclusive. Please check with your venue if after or before hours delivery/pick up is required, this is normally required more during peak times of the year

Please note, we are not open for customer pick ups and returns as we are out delivering to, and picking up from events.

Long term rates and Delivery and Collection fees are additional costs.
These costs will be calculated once you submit your quote request.

A security bond is required on all orders and is refundable provided all items and packaging are returned in the same condition they were received.
