    Explore our  collection of props, equipment, and decorations, from furniture and tableware to themed items and specialty pieces.
  2. Select Your Items
    Choose the items that best suit your event’s theme, style, size, and add to cart
  3. Get a Quote
    Fill our your event details and request a personalised quote based on your selected items and desired rental period. Our team will endeavour to reply to you within 24 hours.
  4. Confirm Your Order
    Once you’re satisfied with the quote, confirm your order and provide your event details.
  5. Enjoy Your Event
    We’ll deliver your items on time, set them up if needed, and ensure they’re in excellent condition and collect at the end of your event or the agreed date.

TEMPORARILY CLOSED – IMPORTANT NOTICE

Prop Hire and Co is currently temporarily closed due to the recent fire at Storage King, where our business stock and equipment are stored.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to access our storage facility and, as a result, are unable to take on new prop hire bookings or fulfil hire orders at this time.

Existing 2027 Bookings: Please be assured that all existing bookings for 2027 have not been affected and remain confirmed.

Faux Floral Arrangements: If you are looking for floral arrangements only, we may still be able to assist. Please contact us via email with your event details and requirements.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this situation.

We hope to resume our full hire services as soon as access is restored and will provide further updates when we have more information.

MINIMUM ORDER & DELIVERY DETAILS

We have a minimum product order of $200
(excluding delivery fees). Our standard hire period is 1-3 days.

Please note, we are not open for customer pick ups and returns as we are out delivering to, and picking up from events.

Long term rates and Delivery and Collection fees are additional costs.
These costs will be calculated once you submit your quote request.

A security bond is required on all orders and is refundable provided all items and packaging are returned in the same condition they were received.
