Our picnic packages are perfect for a variety of events, including birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers and family gatherings.

Our picnic packages typically include stylish picnic rugs, comfortable cushions and pillows for seating, elegant tableware and decorative touches like flower arrangements.

No, unfortunately we do not offer our services in public parks and reserves. We prefer to service our picnic packages in the comfort of your backyard or in venues. 

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If rain is forecast, we suggest have a backup plan to move undercover or inside, otherwise, with more advanced notice, we can work with you to reschedule the event (subject to availability).

We will do our best to work with you to find the best solution to ensure your picnic is enjoyable, regardless of the weather.

TEMPORARILY CLOSED – IMPORTANT NOTICE

Prop Hire and Co is currently temporarily closed due to the recent fire at Storage King, where our business stock and equipment are stored.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to access our storage facility and, as a result, are unable to take on new prop hire bookings or fulfil hire orders at this time.

Existing 2027 Bookings: Please be assured that all existing bookings for 2027 have not been affected and remain confirmed.

Faux Floral Arrangements: If you are looking for floral arrangements only, we may still be able to assist. Please contact us via email with your event details and requirements.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this situation.

We hope to resume our full hire services as soon as access is restored and will provide further updates when we have more information.

MINIMUM ORDER & DELIVERY DETAILS

We have a minimum product order of $200
(excluding delivery fees). Our standard hire period is 1-3 days.

Please note, we are not open for customer pick ups and returns as we are out delivering to, and picking up from events.

Long term rates and Delivery and Collection fees are additional costs.
These costs will be calculated once you submit your quote request.

A security bond is required on all orders and is refundable provided all items and packaging are returned in the same condition they were received.
