Minimum Order and Delivery Details
- A minimum of 6 guests is required to hire our picnic packages.
- A security bond is required on all orders and is refundable provided all items and packaging are returned in the same condition they were received.
- Long term rates (more than 72 hours) and Delivery/Collection fees are additional costs. We will provide you a more accurate quote base on your event location and times, once you submit your quote request.

Which suburbs in Sydney do you deliver to?
We deliver to Sydney Metro, Greater Western Sydney & South-West Sydney & South Sydney areas, however we are happy to travel to area beyond this to set up your event.
What is the payment process?
You can pay for your booking via Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
To secure your booking, please respond to the email you received the quote from with the confirmation of your order. You will then be sent an invoice with a deposit due along with a refundable bond fee to lock in the date of your event.
A follow up invoice payment due 14 days prior to your hire date. If your quote is requested within 14 days of the event date, then full payment is required.
We will refund you the bond fee in full back to the method of payment used within 5 working days after we have collected the items and assessed for any damages.
Please note a surcharge will incur for credit card payments.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
The deposit is strictly non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order, as we have reserved the items specifically for you.
However you are welcome to postpone your event, the deposit is then transferrable, subject to the new event date and hire items is available
If any unforeseen circumstances may occur, we will do our best to work with you to find the best solution.
What happens at the end of my event?
There’s nothing for you to do or worry about. After your event ends, please leave the items you hired from us in place. We will arrive at the agreed collection time on your booking, and remove the items.
